We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.
Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.
**20% restocking fee is charged for returns**
Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor, or other defects to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Restocking fee to be determined for other defects.
In the unlikely event of packing errors please return the incorrect items including a brief note describing the problem to Abbi Mays and we will credit your account or send a replacement.
We are not responsible for any packages once they are in the shippers hands. If you desire additional insurance please add it to the note section and we’ll call with the added cost.

*Please make sure your address is exactly correct. Abbi Mays is not responsible for mail to "undeliverable" address or "stuck in customs".
